1099R’s were mailed on 1/29/2020. If you do not receive your 1099R by 2/18/2020, please contact the Fund office for a reprinted form.

Please note: If you have moved, you must supply us with a completed Tax Center Change of Address form prior to any reissue of your 1099R.
