The Cook County Pension Fund (CCPF) offers medical benefits to retiring employees who meet the eligibility criteria.

If you or your spouse become employed and have medical coverage from another employer, you can cancel your medical benefits until you no longer have other coverage with that employer and then re-enroll with CCPF.

The Retirement Board reviews the health benefits plan and costs annually. The health benefits program is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Retirement Board. Any information on the current program of benefits is approved for the current year only and is not a guarantee of future benefits.
