All 1099-R tax forms were delivered to the US Post Office on January 26, 2016. If you do not receive your 1099-R by February 12, 2016, please contact our office for a reprinted form. Note: If you moved or have a new address, you must sign and complete a Tax Center Change of Address Form as soon as possible. Please download the form and mail or fax the form to the Fund office. Direct deposits are payable on January 1, since the first is a holiday, funds should post to your bank account no later than the first business day of the month. Investment Consultant Search Update

The Board of Trustees for the County Employees’ and Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund of Cook County (CEABF) approved the recommendation from the Investment Committee to retain Callan Associates as the Fund’s General Investment Consultant for two years (and three one-year extensions) starting on January 1, 2016. The Fund Investment Staff and Executive Director will continue to take all actions reasonably necessary to effect the foregoing, including the execution and delivery of related written agreements on behalf of the Fund.
