Notice is hereby given that the 2021 Elections for a Cook County Member Trustee and a Cook County Annuitant Trustee will be held on October 27, 2021

                                                             YOU MAY ONLY VOTE BY MAIL. 

There will be NO IN-PERSON VOTING for these elections.

Your ballot must be returned by mail and received by 12:00pm CST on October 27, 2021, in the P.O. Box designated by the Fund in order to be counted. 

If you are requesting that a 2^nd ballot be mailed to your residence because the initial ballot was lost or damaged, you must request the 2^nd ballot by October 18, 2021, by contacting Brent Lewandowski at 312-603-1218 or blewandowski@countypension.com

Forest Preserve Employee Member Trustee (update)

For the position of Forest Preserve Member Trustee, the only Forest Preserve employee to successfully complete submission of nominating petitions was Stephen Hughes who will be declared winner of the election as sole candidate.  Therefore, there will be no election this year for Forest Preserve District employees.
