Pursuant to the Illinois Pension Code, Trustee elections were held on October 28, 2009 for the positions of Cook County Employee Member Trustee, Forest Preserve Employee Member Trustee and Forest Preserve Annuitant Member Trustee. 
An Independent Election Administrator declared Mr. Mark Kilgallon, Mr. Robert Agnes and Mr. Patrick McFadden respectively, as the winners.  Their terms begin on December 1, 2009.
